What is your check-in and check-out time?
We have a 4:00 pm check-in and 11:00 am check-out.

How many keys do you supply?
We supply only one key. There is a $45 charge for a lost key.

Is there direct beach access?
Access to the beach is approximately 100 yards to the North or South of our home. The North access is a handicapped ramp and at the South access is a newly built concrete staircase, both leading to an unobstructed beach access.

How many bedrooms and how are the beds arranged?
We have (3) bedrooms, with (3) Queen sized beds; (1) upstairs with an ocean view and (2) downstairs, (1) with an Ocean view. We also provide (2) oversized sleeping pads.

How many bathrooms are there and where are they located?
We have two bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs (showers only). We also provide complimentary Bar Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner, and a Hairdryers.

Is there a hot tub?
Yes, we have a (4) Person Oceanfront Hot Tub

What will I find in the Kitchen?
We provide a fully stocked kitchen for (8) guests. We also provide complementy coffee, tea, with sugar, Splenda, and CoffeeMate packets. Salt and and Pepper are provided. Due to health concerns, we do not provide spices or condiments.

Is there firewood for the fireplace?
We provide a Dura Flame log for each fireplace, additional Dura Flame logs can be purchased at Safeway or Bi-Mart.

Is there a BBQ at the house?
Yes, we provide a charcoal BBQ, with BBQ utensils, charcoal and lighter fluid.

How many TVs are there in the house?
We have a H/D 32” flat screen in the Living Room, a 19” TV in a downstairs bedroom and a
19” Flat screen in the “sitting area” upstairs.

Do you have a DVD or VHS player?
We have a DVD player in the Living Room with a DVD Library and a VHS Player in the “sitting room” upstairs with a VHS Library.

How many TVs are there in the house?

Do you provide any movies?
Yes we have a DVD and VHS Library consisting of over 50 movies.

Do you provide any board games?
We have various board games and a small library of reading material.

Do you provide linens?
All linens are provided; sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. (Beach Towels are not provided)

What is your refund policy?
If we can fill the time you have reserved, your deposit will be fully refunded except for the $100 cancellation fee. If all or part of the time is not re-booked, the 50% deposit will pay for that unused time; any difference would then be refunded.


What do we need to do before we check out?

We ask that you leave the home reasonably neat and clean. Spills need to be cleaned up. We do not require you to make up the beds, mop the floors, or clean/disinfect the bathrooms and sinks. You will be charged extra for any excessive cleaning or damage that is done to the house or grounds. We ask that you do not re-arrange the furniture or beds.

Upon your departure:

  1. Please leave OUR HOME in the same orderly fashion as when you arrived.
  2. During your stay please DO NOT move any furniture.
  3. Please remove all food and drink from the refrigerator, freezer, cupboards and drawers.
  4. Please load dishwasher with dirty dishes and start cycle before departure.
  5. Please pull back comforters on all beds that were slept in. It is not necessary to “strip the bed”.
  6. Please leave all sheets, blankets, pillow shams and pillows in their designated bedrooms.
  7. Please leave all soiled towels on the bathroom floors.  
  8. Please take all personal items with you.
  9. Please set thermostat to 55 degrees.
  10. Please RAISE ENTRY WINDOW BLINDS indicating to our housekeeping staff of your departure.
  11. PLEASE LOCK All DOORS AND WINDOWS.
  12. PLEASE RETURN KEY TO LOCK BOX.  

If you are not able to perform these tasks, additional charges may be deducted from your deposit. Please note that your deposit is fully refundable within 5 business days of your departure providing there are no additional cleaning charges, damage or theft. The home is professionally cleaned after each guest’s stay. You will be charged extra for any excessive cleaning or damage that is done to the house or grounds. We ask that you do not rearrange any furniture or beds.
